BlueCare Health Plan from Blue Cross
THE BLUECARE HEALTH PLAN from Blue Cross of Jamaica offers three benefit options covering medical, surgical, drugs, dental and optical health care services for clients of Jamaica Money Market Brokers (JMMB) Limited.
All JMMB members are eligible.
You may apply for individual coverage if you are between 18 and 65 years of age.
You may opt for family coverage for your spouse (married or common-law), and/or dependent children (legal or adopted), up to nineteen years of age. Children ages nineteen to twenty-two years of age may be covered provided they are enrolled at a tertiary institution as a full-time student.
