SHORE (Surgery, Hospital Only Reimbursement Plan)
This is an individual health plan available to policyholders aged 19-69, and provides hospital and surgical benefits up to 80% of the usual, customary and reasonable charges, subject to a lifetime maximum of $5,000,000. Overseas Emergency medical services are also provided. Premium rates vary by attained age and are subject to change at each policy anniversary. The policy is subject to limited underwriting.
