She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Management, which she obtained from Rutgers State University, New Jersey, in 2000. In addition, Dr. Crick attended Pennsylvania State University, (M.Sc. (Hons)) and the University of the West Indies (B.Sc.), graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management. She is currently an Associate Dean and a Programme Director at the Mona Campus of the University of the West Indies.

- Carolyn DaCosta, a Certified Internal Systems Auditor (CISA), joined Jamaica Money Market Brokers (JMMB) in February 1995 as a supervisor in the branch network, and subsequently held a number of managerial positions including Manager, for then flagship branch Island Life, Settlement Manager, and Technical Operations and Compliance Manager. On March 18, 2008 she was appointed the Group's Company Secretary.
