COVID-19 Service Delivery Update

As the health authorities encourage everyone to practice social distancing, we are happy to remind you that JMMB Moneyline (our online banking platform); JMMB Bank ATMs and any Visa-certified ATMs are always available, as a quick, convenient and safe way to conduct your transactions, 24 hours a day, with no need to come in-branch. If you don't already have Moneyline access, sign up online now.

  Outgoing Payments
 Cheque Delivery

Send transfers via ACH, RTGS, International Wires or Transfer between JMMB accounts via JMMB Moneyline 
For same-day processing, please ensure to submit your request by 12 noon on Moneyline. 

You will need the Payee’s account name, account number, account type (whether chequing or saving) and their bank branch or transit no. in order to set up the transfer.

 Cheque Pickup

Send transfers via ACH, RTGS, International Wires or Transfer between JMMB accounts via JMMB Moneyline 
For same-day processing, please ensure to submit your request by 12 noon on Moneyline. 

You will need the Payee’s account name, account number, account type (whether chequing or saving) and their bank branch or transit no. in order to set up the transfer.

 Cash Withdrawals

Please use ATMs for cash withdrawals.
If you do not have a JMMB Bank Visa Debit Card, please visit your nearest JMMB branch to collect one.

 ACH/RTGS/Internal Transfers/International Wires

Please use JMMB Moneyline.
For same-day processing, please ensure to submit your request by 12 noon on Moneyline.

If you have email indemnity for your account(s), email the JMMB Investments Request for Electronic Transfer of Funds form or JMMB Bank Outgoing Transfer Request & Standing Order form to info@jmmb.com

  Standing Orders Cheque Payments to other Banks

Please contact our client care centre at (876) 998-JMMB (5662) to cancel existing standing order cheque payments then login to JMMB Moneyline  to set up a standing order via ACH.

Effective Monday, March 30, our Junction Branch will be temporaily closed. Please visit your nearest JMMB ATM, Moneyline or the Santa Cruz branch to conduct your transactions.
