• Properties and vehicles are sold in their present condition – no warranties or guarantees apply

• Prospective buyers are responsible for conducting all necessary due diligence

• The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at its sole discretion

• JMMB staff and their relatives are not eligible to purchase items listed
