JMMB Bank A+ Savings Account Opening Requirements

• Birth Certificate

• ID/ Passport of Child

• Job letter for Parent/Non-Parent/Guardian (not older than 3 months) OR payslip (not older than 1 month)

• Proof of Address: Bank Statements on your name OR Utility bill on your name (not older than 6 months), if not on your name, then an authorization / Permission letter and copy of utility bill holder’s ID – NO Mobile Bills 

• 1 Form of Identification for Parent/Guardian/Non-Parent - ID card, Passport or DP (use of DP must be accompanied with birth paper)

• For Guardian/Non-Parent:

       – Authorisation letter – Proof of ID from Parent 

       – All A+ Documents as stated above

• Please note that the child must be present for account opening if they are 7 years old or older.
