The JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation has opened applications for its 2026 Scholarship Programme, inviting eligible Jamaican students to apply for financial support as they pursue tertiary education and prepare for leadership and service in their chosen fields. Applications close on May 31, 2026, and more than J$17 million will be awarded in total to successful recipients, continuing the Foundation’s commitment to nation‑building through education.

The JMMB Group, through its SME Resource Centre, recently celebrated the graduation of the latest cohort of its PowHERful Women in Business Programme at a ceremony held at the AC Hotel, Kingston, marking the culmination of months of learning, transformation and purposeful growth for women entrepreneurs across Jamaica.
The graduation ceremony recognised participants who successfully completed the programme, which is designed to support women business owners as they strengthen their operations, sharpen their strategies and build confidence to scale sustainably.
