 The now signature New Year financial empowerment event, JMMB Elevate 3.0, is slated for January 15-16. The two – day event themed, “Fire Up Your Passion,” will feature a cadre of local and international experts on its virtual stage where they will share wealth creation pointers and give insights into personal journey to success. 

The quote, “Touch one, touch a thousand”, aptly describes the philosophy behind JMMB’s Share the Love initiative that this year saw the company along with its philanthropic arm, JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation joining forces with three charities to touch the lives of over 1000 vulnerable individuals. Through the partnership with Kiwanis Club of Liguanea, #ChristmasInRiverton toy drive and Future Hope charity senior citizens from the Liguanea communities; children in Riverton City and neighbouring communities as well as homeless individuals in the corporate area received some much needed Christmas cheer, in the form of care packages, toys, meals and hygiene packages. 

As a result of the new normal environment that has been created by COVID-19 and the need to maintain social distancing protocols, many organizations have adapted or expanded work-from-home arrangements and policies. A recent study conducted by The University of the West Indies, Open Campus, showed that in Jamaica, approximately 60% of organizations, in the private and public sector, have opted for remote working arrangements during the pandemic.

Professional Football Jamaica (PFJ) has secured yet another club sponsor, bringing the total to 6 sponsors within 1 week, as JMMB Group is now on board for the Jamaica Premier League 2021 season.
